Exceptional service from Dr. Phillips. I went to see him to evaluate if I am a good candidate for LASIK, and I was surprised how much care and effort was placed into making sure my visit was thorough and pleasant. The evaluation was at no cost to me. There was no pressure to do anything; just good medical advice. I highly recommend.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Phillips and Dr. Lipicki for years. The staff is courteous and efficient. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment for an emergency or a yearly exam. I have yet to have a bad experience with this practice. I highly recommend them.

The office is very clean and the waiting area is as comfortable as you can expect. My wait was long but I expect that at the end of the day. The staff were very accommodating throughout. The examination was very good. Dr. Hoffman is the best!

The doctors and nurses are fantastic. They are kind and caring. Let’s talk about the receptionist in Bridgewater. The blonde older woman is very incompetent and doesn’t know how to check insurance portals for referrals. As a matter of fact I don’t think she knows how to verify insurance. She made me sit there for an hour desperately searching my insurance portal and my primary portal. My primary kindly to care of the insurance referral quickly when I told her it was in the INSURANCE portal, she said it’s not in there. Hence she was checking the nexgen portal. Finally after an hour she called her manager told her the name of my insurance and my info and literally seconds later had the referral in her hand. She couldn’t access the insurance portal because it had login stuff and it take time. I gave her the information my insurance told her to go to that’s when she called her manager all baffled. She does this every time I have an appointment instead of just calling her manager at the very beginning.

I had a great visit at my recent annual eye doctor’s visit. I have been a patient for years and this was my first time seeing Dr. Sarah Lapicki. She was caring, friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time during my exam and was very informative. Yes, there is usually a wait, but everyone from the front desk, to the techs, to the optical department (Greg and Teppany). I am happy to be a patient at this practice and highly recommend.
