Payment Information
All copayments, deductibles, and non-covered services are to be paid at the time of the exam. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Health Savings and Flex Savings Accounts are welcome. If you have questions about a statement from our office please call our Billing Department at (908) 824-7144, prompt 3.
Insurance
Paul Phillips Eye & Surgery Center participates in most medical insurance plans, including Medicare. We also accept VSP and EyeMed. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance company.
