Dr. Phillips has been committed in his professional career to meeting the ophthalmic needs of the Hunterdon County community since 1991 and the Bridgewater/Somerset County community since 2016. Presently, Dr. Phillips oversees Paul Phillips Eye & Surgery Center, a growing multi-specialty practice.
His present focus is on comprehensive ophthalmology with an emphasis on cataracts and LASIK/refractive surgery. His unique background as an optical engineer has been optimized to acquire and utilize the latest ophthalmic technological advances to provide patients with the best optical quality.
In his free time, Dr. Phillips can be found playing the piano or exercising along the Delaware River Towpath.
