I see this as a very busy practice, typically excellent and very well-run. I’ve had an occasional longish wait and I’m willing to accept this because Dr Lee has been all I would want from a specialist physician–very smart, clear, caring, thorough, on top of things. She spends time with me based on need: Sometimes a brief check in exam is exactly right; other times more time is needed, with deeper exam and discussion, and she provides this. I have been prompted to leave voice messages on occasion and these have typically been routed in a timely fashion and responded to by clinical staff with appropriate urgency or nonurgency.

Wait time is horrendous Doctor Bahkru is the best doctor ever and I’ve been to them all. She should be the teacher of all doctors. She looks me in my eye and talks with me and reviews all tests. The technicians and support staff are courteous and professional.

I had an excellent experience at Paul Phillips Eye & Surgery Center. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain my vision in greater detail than any eye doctor I’ve visited before and answered all my questions in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I left feeling very happy, confident, and much better informed about my eye health. I highly recommend them!
