First things first. I went to all three offices and the customer service was great. I know what I am talking about since I trained and evaluated customer service reps for 20 years and the staff at Paul Phillips were all fine. Second, Dr. Joan Lee is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She did cataract surgery on both eyes and it went very well. She is very knowledgeable, skillful and has an excellent bedside manner. I can tell she is really into her profession by the dedication and respect she shows to every patient (and the staff). She is meticulous and makes sure that everything is right before surgery. If you want a professional, competent, effective eye doctor, I recommend her 100%.

I’ve seen 2 physicians so far from this practice for eye exams and medical concerns. Some in the reception area might offer more compassionate or courteous interaction. Most importantly, this Bridgewater location of the PPE&S Ctr has absolutely fantastic physicians. I’ve rescheduled again with no reservations.

Will, the optician that makes the glasses is most accommodating & very knowledgeable. You just can’t ask for better service.

Today I had my last cataract surgery and I hive to say everything is cool. For 17 years I wore glasses when I never had before because of these cataracts. I finally had the replaced & I see 20/20. Everyone at Paul Phillips, from the staff at the reception area to the nurses that work there are all stellar. The Surgery staff also great. I have read the Yelp reviews and seriously people the negative commentators don’t need any other medical hep other than mental health help. The doctors and the staff are first rate. If you have good insurance and need an eye doctor this is the place to come. Thank you Dr Phillips you gave e my sight back.

The wait and the rest of administrative details are frustrating, but Dr. Phillips is a rare professional and expert, worth the wait!

The office runs a little slow since it is a doctors office but the doctors I have come in contact with are amazing. Dr. Phillips is extremely knowledgable and really does care. Dr. Munitz is great with kids and Dr. Lapicki is one of the sweetest docs I have ever met. Highly recommend. Optical shop is well stocked and has tons of brands to choose from.
