Angana N. Shah, MD

Dr. Shah is a retina specialist. She graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 1998. Her ophthalmology residency was completed at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She completed her surgical retina fellowship at Boston Medical Center in 2004. Both involved training at local Veterans Administration hospitals.

Dr. Shah is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology.

Initial Consultation and Examination

All patients are dilated for their initial exam. It is suggested that you have a driver. Please bring glasses for both distance and near, insurance card and referral (if referral is required by insurance), a list of current medications, and pertinent medical records.
