BOTOX® Cosmetic in New Jersey

BOTOX New Jersey BOTOX® is now the most widely performed cosmetic procedure in the United States. BOTOX® produces its effects by weakening the muscles that create wrinkles. It works in the forehead, in crows' feet, around the wrinkles in the mouth and for cording (turkey gobbler!) in the neck. It lasts for approximately three to six months. In our office, BOTOX® is injected relatively painlessly using a variety of techniques. This procedure is performed on the majority of our BOTOX® patients, and rejuvenates the face in most of its aspects.

Dermal Fillers in New Jersey

Dermal fillers may be used to create a more rested and youthful appearance by filling in some of the hollows of the face, such as the lines around the mouth, vertical lip lines, or even dark circles beneath the eyes.  Common products used for treatment are Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Radiesse® injectables.

Laser Technology by Syneron

We are now offering laser skin services by Syneron - using a state-of-the-art combination of radio frequency and optical energy. The elos laser can perform various services such as skin tightening and rejuvenation, hair removal and wrinkle reduction, among many others. Elos technology requires no surgery or sedation and most procedures can be performed in less than thirty minutes.

Chemical Peels in New Jersey

Chemical peels use acids naturally found in fruits or foods to improve the appearance of skin. The peels take 30 minutes to perform and are a great addition to a personal skin regimen. The acid peels exfoliate the epidermis, increase skin cell turnover and increase collagen production. All of this translates into healthy, more youthful skin including diminished fine lines and decrease in age spots. After performing an evaluation of your skin, we design a treatment series personalized just for you that creates a more youthful and radiant skin based on your time frame, the amount of downtime you can afford, and the results you desire.

Microdermabrasion in New Jersey

The ultimate in skin cleaning procedures.  Microdermabrasion not only exfoliates, but it also suctions out debris from pores, giving you the cleanest skin possible.  We recommend a series of six treatments.  Microdermabrasion is great before surgery and will help keep your skin looking its best after surgery.  Microdermabrasion will not help wrinkles and scars.

Medical Grade Cosmetics in New Jersey

Good skin care is the polish.  It puts a glow in your skin.  It is an essential part of looking your best.  We offer a full line of medical grade facial cleansers, moisturizers, exfoliates, bleaching creams, designed to work alone or supplement our other treatments.

Blepharoplasty "eyelid lift" in New Jersey

Blepharoplasty New Jersey | Eyelid Surgery New Jersey Upper and lower eyelid Blepharoplasty are procedures that involve sculpture of the upper and lower eyelid. The upper eyelid crease can be recreated and made more graceful; the corners of the eye can be gently elevated if desired. The incisions are hidden in the eyelid creases, or on the back surface of the eyelid (conjunctiva), using a transconjunctival approach. If desired, the hollow beneath the lower eyelids (the tear trough) can also be filled in with fat. The procedure can be accomplished in our office or in an outpatient operating suite, and generally takes one to two hours. Postoperatively there is surprisingly little pain, and sutures are placed that usually dissolve on their own. Bruising can last up to one week. Full activities may also be resumed after a week.

Endoscopic Brow Lift in New Jersey

Patients who feel they have drooping of the upper eyelids often have drooping of the brows. Brow drooping can be corrected with a procedure known as an Endoscopic brow lift. The brow lift is performed using a small telescope through five incisions, approximately one-half inch in size, hidden in the hairline. Patients can expect to be swollen for approximately five days. The operation is accomplished under monitored anesthesia with sedation. The procedure is often performed with minimal incision removal of upper eyelid skin and sculpture of the fat pads in the upper eyelids (upper Blepharoplasty). The procedure is often accompanied by Endoscopic mid-facelift and occasionally by fat injection (lip sculpture).
